Teams made up of diverse members help drive everyone onwards. We believe in this. That is why we at Post Real Estate create the conditions necessary for mixed teams and promote diverse team composition in general.
This is in line with our ideology of appreciating all of our employees, regardless of their gender, age, religion, background, sexual orientation or health situation, and recognizing that they make an important contribution.
Key figures and numerous studies show that diverse teams produce better solutions, also in an economical sense: When a diverse range of viewpoints can be expressed in a team, this often produces more well-thought-out, effective and sustainable solutions than those that come out of homogeneous teams.
