Zollikofen, Schulhausstrasse Sustainability to be a hallmark of two new apartment buildings
The plot of land at Schulhausstrasse 27 is to find a new purpose after the Swiss Post branch vacates the property. Considerable emphasis is being placed on sustainable construction in the development of the two new buildings. In accordance with this principle, two sustainable blocks of flats with rental housing are being planned for the plot of land. The plan is to achieve a Gold sustainability certificate (building label in accordance with the SNBS standard, www.snbs-cert.ch).
