Located in close proximity to Lindenplatz, two buildings containing 66 apartments and office spaces are being erected in the middle of the neighbourhood of Altstetten. The ground floor will contain the existing Swiss Post branch and retail spaces for third-party tenants. The building complex – a longitudinal building along Altstettenstrasse and a point block in the courtyard – will meet the sustainable DGNB Gold Standard. The point block will be created in a wood hybrid structure.
