Kreuzlingen, “Linde” Living in a prime location within close proximity to the train station
The attractive Swiss Post plot of land has good public transport connections and is to be built in a way that provides a contemporary setting to the noble linden tree on the square. A new construction has been planned with around 60 rental apartments and about 500 m2 of commercial space. The ten-storey building highlights the importance of the well-used connection to the train station and urban development.
The project will be developed and implemented to meet SGNI/DGNB sustainability standards.
