Zurich, Affoltern A new city center is being built
After close consultation on the layout of the new tram line and the urban redesign of the center of Affoltern, today’s existing building complex as well as the Migros pension fund will be replaced by three new builds and an open space design. The new building complex will take on a central function in Zurich Affoltern, offering an attractive living space as well as retail and office spaces on the ground floor and parts of the first floor.
